A video shows a Waymo robotaxi blocking an ambulance as it responded to the scene of a mass shooting in Austin over the weekend. A spokesperson for Austin-Travis-County EMS told Axios that an officer followed established protocol to address the situation and was able to quickly move the vehicle.
